GALVANIZED PUMPKINS

We’ve seen a lot of galvanized metals in the Modern Farmhouse look. From buckets & tins, to flower wall vases and milk cans. Galvanized metal brings in an industrial look because of the raw materials.

Galvanized pumpkins look especially good next to white floral picks. Pair them with the ever so popular cotton sprigs, or our new Luna leaves (which goes with about everything!).

These galvanized pumpkins are pretty hardy. Due to the cute rusted twigs on top, I think they’d look perfect on the porch or deck. A few of Mother Nature’s elements could lend to their weathered look.

Stand them up on the fireplace mantel, hallway table, or large shelf for a vertical, dimensional display. Or, lay them flat on a table. Lying flat, these pumpkins can be used for a candle display, candy tray, or even for the Thanksgiving dinner rolls. Some of my personal favorites for this flat tray is an autumn candle, surrounded by acorns or bitty pumpkins.
